Refund & Return Policy

At Lovely Loot Closet, we take great care in curating and describing each preloved piece. Because all our items are secondhand and one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of preloved fashion, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is significantly different from its description.

Item Not As Described If you receive an item that is significantly different from what was described (wrong item, undisclosed damage, or major condition discrepancy), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the item. We will review your case and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Please reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We have a 3-day return policy for damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
