Most items at Lovely Loot Closet are branded preloved pieces carefully selected for their style and condition ✨ We also occasionally offer brand new items with tags. All pieces are checked, washed, steamed, and ready to wear before shipping.

How do you check the items?
Each piece is carefully checked before being listed to ensure it is still in good condition.

What is the price range of your dresses?
Most of our dresses are priced between 10 AED – 100 AED, making them affordable for everyday workwear.

Because our pieces are preloved, we can offer stylish dresses at much lower prices than retail. This allows you to refresh your wardrobe without spending too much while also supporting sustainable fashion by giving clothes a second life.

How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping of 14 AED across the UAE ✨ Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our items are preloved, all sales are final and we follow a strict no return, no exchange policy ✨ However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will gladly review and assist your concern for approval and resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?  We offer flexible payment options to make shopping easier for you ✨ You can pay using Tabby, Tamara, Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major debit or credit cards at checkout. Please note that Tabby and Tamara payments are processed under the Hoop n Hustle account as we operate under their licensed merchant setup.
