Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery in the UAE is AED 15, usually within 2–3 days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now offer international shipping. DM us your desired items and we’ll provide the shipping rate.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a No Return, No Exchange policy, but exceptions apply if the item is damaged or incorrect, subject to approval.
How do I care for my preloved dresses?
- Check the care instructions on the tag.
- Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle.
- Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the fabric and color.
